New Doctor Joins Convenient Care

Mohammed Ansari, M.D., recently joined the medical staff of Rockford Health Physicians. He will practice medicine at Convenient Care: 3401 N. Perryville Road and 2300 N. Rockton Avenue, both in Rockford; and at 5000 Prairie Rose Drive in Roscoe.

Dr. Ansari graduated from the Southern Illinois University Family Practice Residency Program and earned his medical degree from Deccan College of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, India.

No appointment is necessary at Convenient Care. Cash, check, Visa/Mastercard and most major insurance plans are accepted. Convenient Care offers evening and weekend hours, and these hours vary by location. Please call (815) 971-DrDr (3737) for information.
