Social media networks, such as Facebook and YouTube, are growing at an astonishing rate. Today, there are more than 250 million active users on Facebook. Every minute on YouTube more than 10 hours of video is uploaded. And, these sites aren’t just appealing to the younger generations. The fastest growing demographic on Facebook is those 35 years and older.
Social media is a conversation. And businesses are getting into the conversation. On Facebook, businesses are creating Pages and enlisting Fans to support them. On YouTube, they are creating Channels and posting videos for their customers.
