Rockford Health Physicians is partnering with Rockford’s First Presbyterian Church to provide “free” limited medical care to the uninsured. The Bridge Clinic, is open each Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church at 406 North Main Street.
The Bridge Clinic is staffed by doctors and caregivers from Rockford Health Physicians. Those individuals, 18 years of age or older, with immediate medical needs and no health insurance coverage are welcome to receive care. There will be no payment for the treatment. The interfaith venture is intended to assist the uninsured of our community, who do not seek immediate care for illnesses because of monetary concerns.
