Rockford Health System recently named Michelle Rhodes, a Secretary in The Heart and Vascular Center, our 2009 Employee of the Year. She was selected from 12 outstanding candidates who had earned Employee of the Month awards throughout the year. Michelle is an exemplary role model who demonstrates the Rockford Health System values of integrity, collaboration, adaptability, responsibility, excellence and compassion.
Michelle’s career at Rockford Health System began 10 years ago. As the Secretary and Charge Entry Analyst, she was recognized for her strong work ethic, persistence and for advocating on behalf of her patients.
