Learn about da Vinci Robot on Sept. 30

Rockford Health System is proud to be home to the region’s most experienced da Vinci Robotic Surgery program. The da Vinci Robot allows surgeries to be performed through very small incisions, resulting in less post-operative pain; less scarring; minimized blood loss; reduced risk of infection; and faster recovery.

You can learn more about da Vinci at a special presentation on Wednesday, September 30, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Funderburg Auditorium at Rockford Memorial Hospital.

Urologist Dr. Michael Fumo and OB/GYN Dr. Gregory Granzeier will give an informative presentation about the benefits of da Vinci surgery for men and women. You’ll also have a chance to hear from local patients; get a hands-on look at the robot; and have your questions answers.
