Come out and enjoy a day of golfing, networking, and fun while supporting a good cause at the RHS Ambassadors’ Golf Play Day on Monday, August 16, at Rockford Country Club. The RHS Ambassadors is a volunteer organization of the Rockford Memorial Development Foundation that supports initiatives at Rockford Health System. All proceeds from this year’s Play Day benefit Superior Care in Surgical Services at Rockford Health System.
The day will begin at 11am with registration and a buffet lunch, followed by a shotgun start at 12:30 p.m. Golfers will follow a scramble format where each player drives from the same tee, then all four players play from the position of the best ball through the hole.
Cost is $150 for an individual or $600 a foursome which also includes lunch, golf, cart, and after-golf dinner reception. Create your own foursome or enjoy networking in a foursome we put together for you. Paid registration reserves your spot. This event has sold out quickly for several years so registration is suggested prior to August 6. Register online at:
www.rockfordhealthsystem.org/golf.aspx or by calling the Foundation office at (815) 971-4141
In addition to golfing, look for fun contests plus first aid for your golf score like “mulligan treatments.” The Golf Play Day is a great way to have fun, make new friends, and raise money for a good cause.
Generous sponsors have always helped make the RHS Ambassadors Golf Play Day a success. Sponsorship opportunities are still available by calling the foundation at (815) 971-4141.
