Rockford Health System was honored by the American Advertising Federation of Northern Illinois with five awards at their annual ADDY Awards ceremony on March 4 at Sullivan Theatre in Rockford.
The awards include:
· Television, Local Campaign: Judge’s Choice and a Gold Addy for its “da Vinci Robotic urgery System” television commercials.
· Specialty Advertising, Other Merchandise: Silver Addy for a Magic Cube premium item giveawaycreated for the Rockford Memorial Development Foundation, the fundraising arm of Rockford Health System.
· Collateral Material, Annual Report, Four Color: Bronze Addy for the Rockford Health System 2008 Annual Report
· Brochure, Four-Color: Bronze Addy for Healthy Wishes Wishbook 2009, a fundraising brochure, also created for the Foundation.
With the Gold Award, the television spot is eligible to compete in the second level of the three-tiered ADDY Awards Competition conducted in April. District winners are then eligible for the ultimate competition, the national ADDY, presented in June every year by the American Advertising Federation.
The AAF Northern Illinois ADDY Awards Competition is sponsored by the AAF Northern Illinois, a member association comprised of advertising and media professionals.
