Car Seat Safety Checks

Rockford health System offers child car seat safety checks.  Please call (815) 971-1999 for more information and to schedule an appointment on one of the following dates:

• January 14
• February 11
• March 10
• April 14
• May 12
• June 9
• July 14
• August 11
• September 22*

*A special car seat check will be held on Saturday, September 24, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.  No appointments are necessary for this day.
