Fundraising Focus for the Year
In 2012, the
Rockford Memorial Development Foundation is focusing special
fundraising efforts to support The Women’s Center at Rockford
Health System, a newly opened facility located on
Spring Brook Road
in Rockford.
The comfortable and
relaxing Women’s Center offers digital mammography, breast
ultrasound, stereotactic biopsy, and osteoporosis testing with a
focus on excellence and compassionate service to meet the
individualized needs of each woman.
Additional resources also available at the Women’s Center include a
resource library, a Positive Reflections Boutique to help breast
cancer patients look and feel their best, and compassionate and
skilled nurse navigators to lead and support patients through
their entire experience.
The Rockford
Memorial Development Foundation will use funds raised throughout
2012 to support the expansion of services and help to provide the
latest equipment and technology offered at The Women’s Center at
Rockford Health System.
